We want you to love what you buy. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we've made the return and exchange process as painless as possible.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to ask for a return or exchange. Even if you just changed your mind – that's fine.
Almost everything except:
Custom‑made or personalised items
Innerwear, socks, or any product marked "non‑returnable" on its page
To qualify for a full refund or free exchange:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
The original invoice or order slip must be included.
Log into your account on https://www.manmode.in/.
Go to Order History and select the item.
Click "Request Return / Exchange".
Choose the reason and upload a photo if the issue is damage or defect.
Submit – we'll get back to you within 24 hours (business days).
You can also email us directly at cookfiniti3@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the amount to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You'll get a confirmation email.
Want a different size or colour? Just select "Exchange" when you submit your request. We'll ship the replacement once we receive your return (no extra shipping fee for the new item).
If it's our fault (damaged, wrong item, defect): we'll cover the return shipping – just ask us for a free return label.
If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size: you pay for return shipping.
